As part of the Company’s commitment to building a progressive work culture and preparing for the challenges of an evolving industry, on Saturday, May 16, 2026, a total of 60 participants consisting of members of the Board of Directors, Managers, and Supervisors attended a Leadership Training presented by David Tjokrorahardjo from Maxwell Leadership Indonesia. This program carried the theme:
“Building Adaptive Leadership: Critical Thinking, Innovative, and Solution-Oriented Mindset”
This training served as an important momentum to strengthen leadership quality at every level of the organization, particularly in facing rapidly changing business dynamics.
Through discussion sessions, case studies, and interactive learning, participants were encouraged to develop a more adaptive mindset, view challenges from multiple perspectives, and deliver effective and innovative solutions.
The leaders were not only equipped to become capable leaders of today, but were also prepared to shape and develop future leaders who can continue driving teams and the Company forward amidst ongoing change.
More than just a training program, this initiative represents a concrete step in building leaders who are not only able to make decisions, but also capable of inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and creating positive change for the Company.
